John W. Roblin
Chairman & CEO
Mr. Roblin has served as Chief Executive Officer of Cover-All Technologies since December 1999, and as a director since March 2000. He was named Chairman of the Board of Directors in February 2001. He served as President of the Company from December 1999 to November 2008. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Roblin was CIO and Senior Vice President for CIGNA Property and Casualty since 1998. From 1994 until 1998, he was CIO and Senior Vice President for Advanta Corporation. Prior to 1994, he was the CIO Chubb & Son, USF&G and Traveler’s Personal Lines Division.
Manish D. Shah
President
Mr. Shah has served as CTO of Cover-All since May 2004, and became President and member of the Board of Directors in November 2008. Mr. Shah served as Director of Technology of the Company from December 2002 through May 2004, and served as a technology consultant from September 2000 through December 2001. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Shah held several technology management positions at Andersen Consulting, P&O Nedlloyd and Tata Consultancy Services in different industries for over a decade. Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the M.S. University, India and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Maryanne Z. Gallagher
Executive VP & COO
Ms. Gallagher has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cover-All Technologies since May 2008 and February 2001, respectively. Prior to holding the position of Chief Operating Officer, she served as the company’s Senior Vice President since January 2000. From November 1998 until December 1999, Ms. Gallagher served as Vice President of Customer Service. Ms. Gallagher joined the Company in 1990 and has held various management positions in our Classic division through 1998. Prior to coming to Cover-All, Ms. Gallagher worked at MetLife.
Seth Rachlin
EVP, Business Intelligence Solutions
Mr. Rachlin is the Managing Director of Cover-All’s Business Intelligence Solutions division (formerly Moore Stephens Business Solutions). He comes to Cover-All from a career building businesses that serve the operations and technology needs of the insurance industry. As CEO of consulting firm Connect Systems, Inc., he ran a number of significant systems projects that were critical to the reengineering of business processes at clients such as MetLife, New York Life, Prudential, Liberty Mutual, and One Beacon. He holds an undergraduate degree from Princeton University, multiple graduate degrees from Columbia, and has published widely in academic, technical, and popular journals.
Ann F. Massey
Secretary, Controller & CFO
Ms. Massey has served as Chief Financial Officer of Cover-All Technologies since February 2001, as Secretary since April 1997, and as Controller of the company since March 1997. From March 1996 to March 1997, Ms. Massey served as Cover-All’s Assistant Treasurer. From 1994 until February 1996, Ms. Massey served as Assistant Controller for our insurance services division. Prior to 1994, Ms. Massey had served as Accounting Manager of Cover-All.
Miguel A. Edwards
SVP, Business Development
Mr. Edwards joined Cover-All Technologies in May of 2009. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Edwards served as a Director of Business Engagement for WillisHRH from 2006-2009 where he was charged with ensuring the alignment of business and technology strategies. His experience also includes significant technology roles at Tyco International, EBS Dealing Resources, and Thomson Financial. Adding to his achievements, in 2008 Mr. Edwards completed an Executive MBA at Rider University.
