Requirements for all employees:
Must be a positive, goal-oriented team player, who works within established departmental guidelines. Logical approach to problem solving, positive interpersonal skills enhancing professional interaction and strong customer relations skills required. Must be detail oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, time management and organizational skills required. Ability to remain productive under stressful conditions, ability to make sound business decisions independently, demonstrated ability to work within deadline-oriented framework required. Insurance industry background in commercial Property and Casualty rating and issuance preferred.
Additional Considerations:
- Some (scheduled) business travel may be required of all positions.
