Successful candidates have experience as Commercial Rater &/or Underwriter -or- IT Business Analyst/Liaison to Underwriting with solid understanding of rating and issuance of commercial lines of business. Manual rating experience, including researching and interpreting ISO & NCCI regulatory compliance circulars/manuals required. Business Analyst role requires interpreting customer requirements and creating business specifications. The Quality Assurance role requires employees to devise and implement testing methods, work with development, provide customer support and research regulatory compliance circulars. Requires full policy cycle experience – nationwide, multi-line commercial Property & Casualty rating and issuance & demonstrated technical aptitude.

Technical Positions
Technical Lead/Systems Architect:
“Hands-on” Technical Team Lead/Architect experienced in managing technical projects with concurrent aggressive deadlines. XML, J2EE, Application Servers (Oracle 9iAS preferred), and RDBMS required. Linux beneficial. Security, proof of concept, demos, train/mentor team in new technologies preferred. Excellent presentation skills. Previous interaction with top decision makers preferred.
Computer Programmer:
Prepare software code to create and document software applications in proprietary software package for insurance applications. Resolve issues surrounding programs and application intent, data sourcing and output requirements. Test programs for reliability and effectiveness and correct program errors by modifying the program, code, or sequence of steps. Document the program and contribute to user manual. Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration with more than 1 yr. related work experience, or BS degree in Computer Science or related field with additional work experience required; equivalent work experience may be acceptable. Object oriented development and exerience developing n-tiered systems preferred.
Programmer Analyst/Systems Analyst:

Qual. candidates must have Master’s degree (or equiv) in Comp.
